Nonetheless, as a general guideline, all aspects related to maintaining the optimal functionality of your current IT infrastructure are included, such as remote support, system administration, routine maintenance, and network issue resolution.
Typically our IT service contract is 12 months.
We recognize the apprehension about being locked into a 12-month contract with a support provider that fails to provide the IT support you require. If we fail to uphold any of the terms we’ve committed to, you have the option to terminate your contract with us.
